About Catalyst

At Catalyst, we care deeply about improving culture and behaviours within the construction and property industries. Our purpose and passion is to make the built environment greener and safer, and our culture is one of continuous improvement. We are always searching for the best people to drive our business, who share our values and will support our positive culture. We care for our people and aim to develop both the person and the professional whilst at Catalyst.

Our ESG team ensures that our clients are focused on ESG at a strategic level either at corporate or asset level and drive implementation actions comprising tactical and operational measures at both levels. Our unique blend of expertise includes engineers, physicists, architects, trade specialists and certified ESG analysts. This enables us to consider ESG at a macro/strategic level and know exactly what needs to happen at the asset level to ensure “True Performance”. As such, we work with developers, asset managers, real estate financial investors to build coherent actionable ESG Strategies, and we work with their teams at the portfolio or project level, providing technical evaluations, digital solutions and building pathways to Net Zero.
