ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Human Resources Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly-scaling company. Reporting to the Chief People Officer (CPO), you will ensure our HR operations run smoothly, effectively and incompliance with all legal requirements. Our expansion into new territories will give you the chance to contribute to shaping our global talent management strategy and approach, ensuring that we continue to drive a positive work environment that is supported by our great culture and world-class processes. This is a full-time role, hybrid working (minimum 3 days onsite).

KEY Responsibilities
  • Manage all activities across the employee life cycle, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, engagement, progression and offboarding.
  • Advise, support and work collaboratively with leaders and colleagues across the business on HR-related matters, including employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Update and maintain employee records and HR systems as required.
  • Track, manage and report on all people-related metrics.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of relevant HR policies and procedures, as well as in policy reviews and HR audits.
  • Provide support with our entry into new countries, stay updated with relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance across all international operations.
  • Participate in ad-hoc people projects in alignment with our people strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. A professional certification such as CIPD is a plus.
  • Progressive experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role (minimum 6 years PQE) is essential – operating across all areas of HR. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic and scale-up environment is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems and databases.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, amongst other software packages.
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate with influence.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
  • Solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

Salary

€55,000 – €60,000 (DOE)
