We are Ireland’s largest independent Assigned Certifier, having worked on some of the largest and most complex projects ever undertaken in Ireland. Our proprietary obi® software is integral to our process, capturing all critical data and providing real-time updates to our clients. With obi®, we demonstrate due diligence on our client’s behalf, ensuring that every detail is accounted for and that the highest safety and compliance standards are met.
Our Assigned Certifier services cover all stages of the construction process, from design and planning to completion and handover. We work directly with main contractors, designers and sub-contractors to ensure that all essential inspection records are captured and that construction defects are identified, remediated and reviewed during construction.
Catalyst does not provide design services. As such, we are fully independent and free from any conflicts of interest that may arise due to design errors or omissions. We work with project stakeholders collaboratively and constructively, and our primary goal is a safe, sustainable, well-documented building for future generations.
