Dylan Hotel Extension

A considered extension sensitively integrated into the Georgian streetscape, the Dylan is one of Dublin’s leading five-star boutique hotels based in Dublin’s south city centre. A landmark property, the Client required a 28-bedroom extension to the existing building. The extension fronting onto Eastmoreland Lane has been designed in a residential-style with consideration for the existing terraced dwellings along the lane – sensitively integrating into this Dublin 4 Georgian streetscape; complemented with a contemporary and vibrant interior. The redevelopment included the reinstatement of a 2-storey facade with pitched roof over and associated dormers.
